What is kalling?
kalling is a Korean conversation practice app. An AI tutor calls you once a day at a time you choose, you talk in Korean out loud like a real phone call, and after each call you get the full transcript with grammar corrections, more-natural phrasings, and English translations.
Do I need to be fluent in Korean already?
No. You set your level — beginner (you know hangul and a few words), intermediate, or advanced — and your tutor tunes how they speak to you. Calls stay at your level and grow with you.
Is it a real phone call?
Your phone rings at your chosen time and you answer and talk by voice, like a phone call. The conversation happens in the kalling app over the internet, so it uses no phone-plan minutes.
Is my voice recorded?
No. Your voice is streamed in real time to hold the conversation and is not stored as a recording. Only the text transcript is kept, so you can review your calls and corrections. See our Privacy Policy.
How much does kalling cost?
The free tier includes one 5-minute call every day with transcripts and corrections. Premium extends that to up to 30 minutes a day in 10-minute sessions, with a 7-day free trial, then ₩11,000 per month (local price shown in the app), billed through the App Store or Google Play.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is managed by the App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel anytime in your store subscription settings. Cancelling during the 7-day free trial means you are never charged.
